- Confirming the correct SharePoint Document Centre site
- Creating a dedicated, secure document library
- Uploading and validating the “Heronsgate Electronic Letterhead Blank” template
- Registering the library using PowerShell (Add-SPOOrgAssetsLibrary)
- Verifying deployment and documenting the configuration
Within 24 hours (standard Microsoft propagation time), the template became available directly inside Microsoft 365 applications under the organisation templates section.
Importantly, this was delivered as a lightweight, efficient configuration — no unnecessary tooling, no complex redevelopment, and no disruption to end users.
