What do we support, all the things you would typically see on a network, servers, workstations, printers, routers switches, hubs firewalls, and the operating systems. We cover all Microsoft operating systems and applications, Linux, UNIX and most other major operating systems. We are also willing to find out about other items of software you have come to depend on.
Included in our annual contracts is a comprehensive health check, at which time we provide you with a detailed Visio diagram and asset register of every piece of equipment within your organisation. At the same time we review each piece of equipment to optimise the performance and also proactively resolve problems before they happen.
Our audit records detail the set-up of each workstation so if machines are replaced or swapped around we are able to reconfigure them with all the software and facilities originally used.
